📋 Description

• Shadow Arity team members to become familiar with flagship telematics and mobility products, including Routely, the Arity SDK, and APIs • Learn Customer Success functions including selling, nurturing, supporting, and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Learn customers’ business strategies and goals and how Arity solutions and services help achieve them • Learn technologies supporting Arity’s cloud infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, and mobile technologies • Learn to use debugging tools such as Postman and Jupyter Notebooks • Support Customer Success Managers and the Lead Solution Implementation Engineer with technical walkthroughs and implementation best practices • Work with customer support to understand troubleshooting and issue resolution • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on implementation and adaptation of Arity products based on customer feedback • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to share critical client activity during onboarding or troubleshooting • Develop skills in iOS, Android, mobile testing, data analysis, and processing • May travel to client sites for 1–2 customer quarterly business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Working toward a degree in computer science, software engineering and development, or relevant work experience • Introductory coding and/or mobile development experience • Knowledge of mobile development tools • Mastery of Excel for analyzing data, including pivot tables and formulas • Interest in data analysis and processing • Proven ability to understand technical concepts and distill them into business terms for key stakeholders • Interest and passion for working with progressive technologies • Strong communication and presentation skills • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid photo identification available at the start of the interview
