📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital products • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch digital products • Create and continuously maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs • Write and groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog • Define product performance metrics and monitor performance using analytics tools • Make data-driven product decisions • Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners • Manage product budgets and resources efficiently • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products • Sr. Cons II: operate with minimal guidance, conduct product ceremonies, and influence product direction, backlog, and roadmap • Lead: independently drive product strategy and roadmap and influence product management peers • Expert: lead products of significant scope and complexity, optimize product ceremonies, and coach and mentor product management peers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling • Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions • Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred • Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred • Sr. Cons II: 3+ years of product management experience • Lead: 5+ years of product management experience • Expert: 7+ years of product management experience • Background investigation required • Generally, no employment-based visa sponsorship • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
