📋 Description

• Meet customers at their homes, repair shops, or tow yards • Write estimates and guide customers through repair or total loss processes • Conduct in-person visits, virtual inspections, and written communication • Collaborate with body shops and service providers • Investigate casualty and applicable line-of-business claims • Review damage and interpret policies to determine coverage • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and video chat • Keep customers updated on claim progress and honor communication preferences • Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants • Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms • Document claims accurately in the claims system and maintain clear, timely records • Perform other related duties as assigned • Attend up to two weeks of in-person training at the Dallas, TX office if required

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC One • Proficient written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates • Comfortable utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel as part of the job requirements • Must be located in Boston, MA • Must obtain all required adjuster licenses within 60 days of hire • Must maintain all licensing required for the role, including continuing education and state-affiliated renewal requirements • Must submit to a background investigation • This position is not available for residents of Washington, California, Alaska, and Hawaii • Generally, Allstate does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
