📋 Description

• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage claims • Determine the proper disposition of claims • Serve as a peer mentor after mastering company processes and technical expertise • Interpret all policy types written by the company and assist with formal and ad hoc training • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Create damage estimates for first- and third-party material damage losses of all severities • Conduct vehicle inspections and combine fieldwork, virtual claim handling, and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates should reside in or near Seattle, Bellevue, or surrounding areas • Experience managing a variety of auto collision claims preferred • Experience conducting vehicle inspections preferred • Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred • Mastery of estimating fundamentals • Knowledge of auto estimating, auto insurance claims, material estimating, and quality management • Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States required; the company does not sponsor work visas • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
