📋 Description

• Analyze financial results for key products, markets and initiatives • Support creation of compelling storylines to deepen client insights • Develop effective presentations for small groups • Provide accurate, timely reports with financial insight to help business partners improve performance • Use fact-based, holistic and forward-looking analysis to influence and drive action within finance and business partner teams • Identify emerging issues and assist in implementing strategies • Prepare and help build storylines for financial updates • Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study • Leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace • Analytical skills to compile information, recognize patterns and draw insights and conclusions • Oral and written communication skills to work effectively across the organization • General understanding of financial and accounting concepts • Candidates may be located anywhere in the U.S., with preference given to those near hub cities (Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX) • Eligible graduation dates: December 2026 or May–June 2027 • Start date: January 2027 or July 2027 • Background investigation required • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
