• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners Claims • Determine coverage, damages and negotiate claims • Handle investigations regarding homeowner first party claims • Work independently prioritizing responsibilities and making discretionary decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience handling residential homeowner claims • Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis • Intermediate understanding of insurance policies • Customer service skills and ability to recognize construction and repair components
