📋 Description

• Manage and oversee Home Office Claim Department referrals • Grant settlement authority on the most complex claims exceeding Market Claim Office and Regional Claim Office limits • Approve requests to proceed to trial when gross exposure exceeds Market Claim Office authority • Provide general oversight of large losses for assigned CSAs • Review and approve cases planned for trial • Review coverage, liability, and damages on complex cases referred for authorization • Collaborate with Field leadership on actions, feedback, and direction • Serve as a specialist and subject matter expert on projects as needed • Perform file reviews for complex projects and litigation cases • Analyze data and report findings • Review cases to determine whether CWP is appropriate based on gross tort value exposure • Support the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues • Engage Home Office Claim litigation for involvement and direction • Collaborate with Frontline Performance Experts, Frontline Performance Leaders, and Claim Process Specialists to share experience and trends • Work with Product, Protection, Law, and Claims on new products and develop Claim Bulletins affecting claim-handling practices • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing high-exposure, litigated Bodily Injury claims with values of at least $250,000 • Experience handling high-severity claims involving policy limits of 250/500 and above • Preferred backgrounds include Commercial Auto, Personal Auto, Homeowners Liability, and General Liability claims • Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States • Candidates must not hold outside insurance appointments during employment • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
