📋 Description

• Grant settlement authority on highly complex claims exceeding Market Claim Office and Regional Claim Office limits • Recommend whether cases with gross exposure above MCO authority should proceed to trial • Provide oversight of large losses for assigned CSAs • Provide discretionary referrals, opinions, and research on coverage issues • Approve Closed Without Payment requests involving disputed liability and values exceeding Field authority • Perform file reviews for complex projects and litigation cases, analyze data, and report findings • Review cases to determine whether Closed Without Payment is appropriate based on gross tort value exposure • Support the Field on complex coverage referrals and engage Home Office Claim litigation as needed • Review coverage, liability, and damages on highly complex cases and collaborate with Field leadership on next steps • Share experience and trends from referred cases with Frontline Performance Experts, Frontline Performance Leaders, and Claim Process Specialists • Collaborate with Product, Protection, Law, and Claims on new products and develop Claim Bulletins affecting claim-handling practices • Manage large loss bodily injury claims nationwide, primarily supporting East Coast exposures • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications commensurate with the compensation range • Ability to handle highly complex and high-exposure bodily injury claims • Experience with catastrophic injury cases, including coma, paralysis, rejected tenders, and severe loss exposures • Ability to manage large loss claims with policy limits up to 100/300 and challenging low-limit 25/50 policies • Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zone states • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Analytical Thinking • Bodily Injury Claims • Client Counseling • Complex Claims • Industry Trend Analysis • Large Loss Claims • Litigation • Negotiation • Personal Injury Claims • Risk Mitigation • Tender Responses • Torts
