📋 Description

• Support strategic planning activities by analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing leadership insights • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate strategic initiatives and track progress • Develop business analyses, presentations, reporting, and recommendations • Facilitate planning sessions, governance forums, and working teams • Document outcomes, track actions, escalate risks, and drive follow-through • Monitor performance metrics and business results and support improvement initiatives • Champion and lead change across Insurance Product • Drive communication strategies connecting enterprise technology goals to team-level execution • Advise executive stakeholders and drive consensus on complex decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Insurance subject matter expertise • Experience with insurance analysis, insurance operations, and insurance strategies • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity • Ability to build alignment across multiple stakeholder groups • Candidates offered this position must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
