📋 Description

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements • Ensure the portfolio of products is horizontally aligned and meets product goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to define intended outcomes and success criteria • Develop a deep understanding of user needs • Advocate for and design seamless user experiences from concept to execution • Execute strategic product vision and turn it into tangible stories, designs, or code • Use raw data to derive meaningful and actionable insights that influence product direction • Participate in architecture, UX, business, design, analytical, and retrospective discussions • Partner closely with technical and non-technical teammates to define product goals • Work collaboratively with team members toward shared strategy and execution • Innovate and solve problems using new modeling techniques or tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building products • Extensive track record of execution • 1+ years working in Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Machine Learning, with hands-on experience • Experience integrating Generative AI into products • Agile methodology proficiency, including iterations, point systems, and refinements • Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity • Ability to navigate complex data landscapes and leverage insights for product decisions • Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns • Working knowledge of SQL • Some coding skills in Python would be a plus • Experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI/Agentic AI is a plus • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of the interview (not required for internal candidates)
