📋 Description
• Oversees complex and occasionally highly complex claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or mediation. • Oversees complex and occasionally highly complex specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies). • Oversees complex and occasionally highly complex claims that include Public Adjuster involvement. • Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process. • Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes.
🎯 Requirements
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Skills Claims Resolution, Conflict Management, Management Reporting, Relationship Building, Training Instruction.
