📋 Description

• Support moderate auto claims involving property damage, bodily injury, and attorneys • Investigate coverage and liability • Evaluate damages and risk • Communicate with customers and attorneys • Negotiate fair injury settlements • Guide each claim through a fast, fair, and well-documented process • Deliver a strong customer experience • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience • 3+ years of bodily injury claim handling experience • Moderate bodily injury claim handling experience • Experience handling claims in Tennessee, Mississippi, or Kentucky preferred, not required • Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center preferred • Strong phone communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation • Must work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST/CST • Must complete an adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire if required • If currently holding an active insurance license, must terminate all existing appointments and hold no outside appointments during employment • Resident producer license holders seeking an adjuster role must formally surrender that license when instructed • Must submit to a background investigation • Must be legally able to work in the United States; Allstate generally does not sponsor employment-based visas • Must maintain a dedicated, private workspace with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Regular, predictable attendance is essential • Employees are expected to be on camera and actively participate during online meetings and training sessions
