📋 Description
• Creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Training, mentoring, controlling quality, and providing technical assistance on material damage claims • Reviewing and writing supplemental and original estimates • Documenting claim activity • Resolving repair-related concerns • Maintaining compliance with company standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong material damage expertise • Estimate writing skills • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with repair shops, customers, and internal partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong automotive estimating knowledge • Solid insurance claims background. • Additional state adjuster licenses preferred.
