📋 Description

• Investigating moderately complex and complex comprehensive personal liability (CPL) claims, including representative moderate and major CPL losses. • Analyzing coverage, obtaining recorded statements, evaluating liability and damages, handling demands, issuing payments to appropriate parties, and negotiating settlements. • Reviewing policy language and analysis to determine coverage. • Drafting and responding to attorney correspondence, requests for information, and demands to maintain compliance and mitigate legal exposure. • Summarizing documents and entering into claim system notes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience. • Adjuster License. • Strong negotiating experience and policy interpretation experience. • Experience handling third-party bodily injury claims arising from homeowners, renters, landlord, ATV, boat, and golf cart insurance policies.
