📋 Description

• Define AI Platform Strategy • Shape enterprise design and strategy for AI platforms • Establish scalable patterns for model access and orchestration • Design enterprise-grade AI systems • Create reference architectures for AI applications • Drive responsible AI adoption and governance • Lead and mentor engineering teams • Partner with senior leaders across departments to deliver AI platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or architecture • Deep experience with AI/ML platforms and generative AI • Experience designing agent-based systems or orchestration frameworks • Strong background in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems • Knowledge of APIs, data platforms, vector databases, and retrieval-based systems • Familiarity with identity, security, and governance patterns for enterprise systems • Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies • Passion for mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
