📋 Description

• Develops and manages business relationships and acts as a project lead to complete analytical projects • Conducts analyses to develop data-driven process insights and actions • Identifies and manages enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities • Develops and delivers operational dashboards in Celonis or other process intelligence tools • Collaborates closely with customers to identify process inefficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of related experience • Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar tools preferred • Basic knowledge of SQL • Experience delivering operational dashboards and/or analyses using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Blue Works Live, or similar • Strong organization, communication, and administrative skills • Advanced time management skills
