📋 Description
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and product performance to guide strategy • Develop and execute initiatives that support growth, profitability, and market share expansion • Provide expert recommendations to leadership on product strategy, pricing, and risk considerations • Partner cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, and business teams to deliver on key initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience with Personal lines policies • Data analysis experience – Power BI • Strong excel skills to manage data analysis • Property and Casualty license (Preferred)
