📋 Description

• Embed inside a Forward Deployed Experience Pod and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the client to learn and redesign real workflows. • Own the pod's workflow, KPIs, alignment, and success metrics with the executive sponsor. • Redesign the human experience around AI. • Break complex business problems into composable, shippable work for daily production progress. • Work in the client's technology stack alongside the Forward Deployed Engineer and Forward Deployed Experience Designer. • Partner with Valtech leadership and client executive sponsors to address legal, compliance, architecture, risk, governance, and internal politics. • Govern, secure, and measure AI outcomes using evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design. • Transfer solution ownership to the domain expert through documentation, conventions, and sustaining team rituals. • Identify follow-on opportunities from embedded client work. • Contribute learnings and patterns to the evolution of Valtech's Forward Deployed Engineering practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy, product organization, or embedded-team environment. • Track record of shipping production software, not just running discovery. • T-shaped product skill profile with hands-on engineering and UX design experience. • Ability to read and reason about code, prototype interactions in Figma, and assess technical and design trade-offs. • Proven experience taking AI or ML solutions from concept into production. • Experience navigating people, process, and governance challenges affecting AI production deployment. • Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling across the SDLC, including AI-assisted requirements and synthesis, prototyping tools such as Figma Make or Claude, AI-accelerated development pairing, and agent evaluation frameworks. • Strong executive presence and hands-on credibility. • Ability to break ambiguous business problems into composable, shippable units and sequence work for daily progress. • Commercial awareness and comfort with milestone-based engagements accountable to deliverables. • Experience in modern delivery environments and adapting the operating model to each engagement. • Track record of capability transfer and coaching domain experts into ownership. • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, continuous value demonstration, and outcome-focused work. • Ability to use SQL, build working prototypes, and run usability tests.
