• Lead hands-on process mapping, analysis, and redesign using tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio • Analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies • Design and document future-state processes aligned to business goals • Apply Lean and/or Six Sigma principles for operational efficiency • Partner closely with stakeholders to gather business and process requirements • Extract, manipulate and analyze data for insights • Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs for success measurement
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business process analysis in a data-driven environment • Proven experience with process mapping, process design, and process improvement • Strong understanding of how data supports business decisions • Experience with Insurance, InsurTech, or digital insurance platforms • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience using process mapping tools such as Mural and Microsoft Visio • Proficiency in Excel • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and related data tools
