📋 Description

• Manage projects and the day-to-day functions of direct reports • Respond to escalated customer issues • Oversee adjudication of all life claims • Plan, implement, and manage Claim employees' work and assign job responsibilities • Ensure compliance with state regulations and interpret and apply applicable laws • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for financial and procedural accuracy • Review production and quality of work and ensure cross-training to maximize productivity • Conduct progress development reviews, counsel employees, evaluate employee potential, and provide recommendations to management

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements • Background investigation required • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of the interview (not required for internal candidates) • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
