📋 Description

• Support supplier management and procurement-related initiatives through reporting, analysis, and operational support • Analyze supplier, operational, and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Assist with development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions • Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and data quality • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and provide data-driven recommendations • Validate, organize, and manage business and supplier data • Assist with presentations, project updates, and communication of findings to stakeholders • Leverage technology, reporting tools, and emerging AI capabilities to improve business processes and decision-making • Communicate progress, ask questions when support is needed, and incorporate feedback throughout internship projects

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related business, quantitative, or technical field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interpret data and communicate business insights • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • When working from home, dedicated private workspace, appropriate desk and seating, and reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload are required
