📋 Description

• Execute critical banking activities: Prepare documentation to open, close, and maintain bank accounts and related services • Manage daily wire activity: Initiate, review, and release wire transfers with a high level of accuracy and timeliness • Support cash flow operations: Consolidate and process transactions to enable effective liquidity management and investment decisions • Monitor account activity: Track balances, identify potential overdrafts, and ensure funds are properly allocated • Leverage Treasury systems: Utilize the Treasury Workstation and bank portals to execute transactions and maintain data integrity • Provide operational support: Troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain accurate documentation • Partner across teams: Work closely with Treasury, business units, and external banking partners to support daily operations • Ensure business continuity: Perform critical tasks during business resumption events to maintain uninterrupted financial operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset • Experience or comfort working within Microsoft 365 tools • Strong organizational skills and follow-through • Exposure to banking, finance, accounting, or treasury operations (nice to have) • Experience working with wire transfers, cash management, or financial systems (nice to have) • College degree (preferred but not required)
