📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems • Identify opportunities and architect solutions with the CEO • Automate lease renewals, build communication systems, and develop market rent analysis intelligence • Deploy AI maintenance triage and voice AI intake systems • Build internal AI assistants and engineer CRM automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development capability • Strong production AI implementation experience • API integration experience • Cloud infrastructure experience • Ability to translate operational problems into technical solutions • Ability to show real examples of AI systems built and automations deployed • Preferred: experience in real estate, property management, construction, or startups • Familiarity with EOS and experience leading technical teams
