📋 Description

• Generate revenue and execute sales methods within the designated geographical territory • Present Alma Lasers products to potential clients • Identify consumer characteristics and recommend ways to promote and sell products • Meet or exceed established territory quotas • Generate leads through in-person and telephone cold calling • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services • Attend conventions and represent Alma Lasers • Move customers through the sales cycle and close sales opportunities • Perform product demonstrations • Develop and use assets, reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnel to achieve territory objectives • Cross-sell products • Collaborate with sales representatives inside and outside the assigned territory • Satisfy Company Customer Care and Finance requirements • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline reports to the Regional Sales Director through Salesforce CRM • Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice physicians • Assist in mentoring peers and other departments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 2 years sales experience, preferably in Medical or Capital Sales Experience • Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales experience is a plus • Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities and the Alma team • Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Salesforce experience preferred • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Superior written and verbal communication • Proven sales record of meeting or exceeding quotas • Documentation showing eligibility to work in the United States will be required • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds • Ability to travel 60% as needed
