• Proven experience in project leadership with a focus on venture building or innovation consulting. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and expectations effectively. • Proficiency in creating high-quality outputs such as whitepapers and frameworks, with experience in offer writing and account management. • Bonus: Deep knowledge of innovation methods and a master's degree in a related field.
