📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, typically on leads generated from manufacturer partners, Almo E4 events or other conferences, from direct end-user or ALMO reseller inquiries, as well as ALMO-initiated campaigns/promotions. • Articulate ALMOs value proposition and offerings and overcome objections from prospects. • Utilize email to transmit and receive information for account set-up, to create meeting invitations, and other communications. • Participate in video meetings and trainings. • Obtain information from customer/prospect, maintain activities in SalesForce and/or other CRM system to demonstrate successful progress of engagement pipeline and metrics. • Build strong rapport with customers by phone and email to understand their objectives and initiate engagement towards development of long-lasting relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to persuade and influence others to reach a specific objective/ course of action • Possess the competencies of self-direction, showing initiative, establishing trust, active listening, overcoming resistance, being resilient against challenges • Display a passion for winning and entrepreneurial spirit • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Sales and/or sales administrative experience preferred • Experience in the AV industry a major plus, but not required • Proven track record of being customer-centric and initiating prospect/customer engagement • Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers • Ability to multi-task and exceed customer expectations and responsiveness • Sound analysis and critical decision making skills
