📋 Description

• Supervise assigned learners for approximately 10% of their authorized hours • Provide family guidance, targeting approximately 2 hours per month • Conduct RBT evaluations throughout the year • Supervise and support RBTs • Develop and modify treatment programs • Write initial assessments and progress reports • Monitor learner progress and make clinically appropriate recommendations • Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other care-team members • Maintain high standards of ethical and compassionate care • Complete onboarding and prepare for caseload while credentialing is in progress • Build a flexible schedule around learner and family needs

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent certification • Texas licensure required • Licensure in additional states is a plus • Compassionate, caring, open-minded, joyful, and accountable • Good communication skills • Comfortable collaborating with a team • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of learners and their families • Ability to meet required supervision and family guidance responsibilities • Work authorization: US citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible for a TN Visa; otherwise visa sponsorship status must be disclosed
