📋 Description

• Define and own how Alpaca measures and grows across the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization. • Analyze acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization across the full user journey and identify high-leverage growth opportunities. • Design and execute A/B tests and causal/incrementality studies across onboarding, activation, funding conversion, pricing, lifecycle/CRM campaigns, and referral loops. • Build experimentation guardrails, metrics, and self-serve tooling. • Build retention/cohort analyses, churn and LTV models, CAC/payback and unit-economics views, and growth forecasts. • Use attribution, incrementality testing, and channel/marketing-mix analysis to guide acquisition spend, CAC, and payback. • Define and maintain activation, retention, engagement, and monetization metrics and partner with analytics engineering on governed metrics and dashboards. • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to shape strategy and decisions. • Create visualizations and narratives for cross-functional partners and senior leadership. • Operationalize self-serve and agentic growth analytics. • Mentor data scientists and analysts and contribute to data-informed growth standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in growth and/or product analytics and data science, with a strong background in statistical analysis and experimentation. • Hands-on experience with growth/funnel analytics—acquisition, activation, retention/churn, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis, and lifecycle/CRM analytics. • Experience designing and building experimentation tooling and frameworks for trustworthy A/B tests and causal-inference / incrementality analyses. • Familiarity with marketing measurement—attribution, incrementality, or marketing-mix modeling—a strong plus.
