📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or significant segments of large and complex projects. • Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions. • Provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities. • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. • Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles. • Manage and resolve conflicts within the team or between stakeholders. • Utilize Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps to track progress and facilitate collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, plus 4-5 years of professional experience. • SAFE Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework. • Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Experience in managing and resolving conflicts. • Proficiency in Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
