📋 Description

• Manage freight booking operations to ensure efficient routing and timely deliveries, while optimizing resource utilization • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to enhance collaboration and smooth logistics processes • Establish and evaluate shipping lanes to optimize costs and improve service levels, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market conditions • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication regarding load status, delivery times, and potential issues • Prepare and maintain accurate shipment records, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other relevant documents • Address and resolve dispatch-process challenges, such as delays, driver inquiries, or customer concerns • Utilize tracking software and systems to monitor shipments in real time and communicate timely updates to stakeholders • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and meeting logistics needs • Work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient load handling

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching is a MUST • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
