📋 Description

• Lead or co-lead New Jersey registered apprenticeship program design and expansion • Recruit employer sponsors and align on-the-job learning with related instruction • Coordinate with training providers, workforce boards, and community partners • Plan recruitment and supports for apprentices from underrepresented groups • Track apprentice enrollment, completion, and wage outcomes • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sponsoring, operating, or intermediating registered apprenticeship programs • Working knowledge of the New Jersey workforce and apprenticeship landscape • Employer partnership and program management experience • Outcome tracking and reporting experience • Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US with New Jersey focus • New Jersey-based organization or professional network (nice to have) • Pre-apprenticeship or youth apprenticeship experience (nice to have) • Prior state workforce grant experience (nice to have)
