• Assess voter registration, list maintenance, and election management workflows • Define requirements for statewide voter registration system modernization • Advise on HAVA, NVRA, and security requirements and integrations with DMV, ERIC, and vital records • Support vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and testing • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized • Work as a remote-first, project-based collaborator with occasional client travel • Confirm scope, schedule, and fee with AlphaGov before any engagement begins
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience with election administration or statewide voter registration systems • Knowledge of HAVA and NVRA requirements • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant • Election security / CISA experience (nice to have) • Former state or county election official (nice to have) • PMP (nice to have)
