• Assess academic program registration, institutional review, and evaluation workflows • Define requirements for case/workflow modernization • Advise on data migration, public portals, and integrations • Support implementation planning and change management • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized • Work as a remote-first, project-based collaborator with occasional client travel
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience in higher-education regulation, accreditation, or state education IT modernization • Requirements and business-process analysis experience • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant • NYSED or state higher-ed agency experience (nice to have) • Experience with low-code case management platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Dynamics (nice to have) • PMP (nice to have)
