📋 Description

• Gather requirements and map public works, highway, parks, facilities, and permitting workflows • Configure or advise on EAM platforms such as Cityworks, Maximo, or comparable platforms integrated with ArcGIS Enterprise • Plan data migration, asset inventories, condition programs, and preventive maintenance programs • Design work order, inspection, service request, and inventory processes, including mobile field use • Support testing, training, go-live, and change management for municipal staff • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized to be named

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience implementing or supporting asset management / work order systems for municipalities, counties, or utilities • Hands-on experience with Cityworks, IBM Maximo, or a comparable GIS-centric EAM platform • Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise integration • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant • Permitting / licensing module experience (nice to have) • Highway or transportation asset management, including pavement, bridges, or signs (nice to have) • PMP or vendor certification (nice to have)
