📋 Description
• Advise on occupations, skills, and credentials across critical minerals mining and mineral processing • Map labor demand and training gaps • Help design training and career pathways with colleges and employers • Inform industry partnership strategy • Review technical content for accuracy • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when authorized to be named
🎯 Requirements
• Industry, research, or training experience in mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, or geology • Knowledge of the sector's workforce and skills needs • Experience working with employers or training programs • Clear technical writing • Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US • Mine safety training experience (nice to have) • Higher education background in mining, geology, or materials (nice to have) • Prior federal critical minerals research or workforce project (nice to have)
