📋 Description

• Proactively review inbound deals for structure, pricing, discounting, and terms before approval, flagging risks and inconsistencies early • Partner with Sales throughout the deal cycle, answering questions about deal commercials and unblocking deals in review • Apply pricing guardrails and discount frameworks consistently, escalating exceptions through the appropriate approval path • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure non-standard terms are reviewed, priced, and documented correctly • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in the deal review process, including approval routing, documentation, and team handoffs • Work with RevOps and Systems teams to embed AI-assisted steps into Deal Desk workflows across CPQ, CLM, and CRM • Maintain Deal Desk metrics, including cycle time, approval turnaround, discount and exception rates, SLA attainment, and deal quality

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related revenue operations function, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company • Strong grasp of deal structuring, pricing, and contract fundamentals, including discounting, ramps, multi-year terms, and non-standard clauses • Hands-on experience with CRM, specifically Salesforce • Curiosity for applying AI tools to operational or deal workflows • Excellent judgment under time pressure • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with comfort working with Sales, Legal, and Finance • Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward documenting and scaling effective processes
