📋 Description

• Own Search and Curated Experiences, including relevance, ranking, query understanding, document-type coverage, filters, latency, reliability, adoption, and engagement • Define and defend a roadmap balancing relevance quality, coverage, and performance against business priorities • Establish metrics, benchmarks, and experimentation to measure and prove search improvements • Partner with Knowledge Graph, SuperAnalyst / AI, Engineering, and Design • Manage and mentor the curated-experiences / domain-expert product manager • Set clear ownership and raise the bar for the search organization as it grows • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and experimentation through launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Built search and relevance systems at scale, with depth in ranking, retrieval, query understanding, and evaluation • Ability to reason about representation, freshness, quality, and system-design tradeoffs • Experience taking programs end to end and operating autonomously • Ability to manage and grow product managers • Analytical and data-driven approach to search quality • Understanding of how sophisticated users search and form conviction • Experience using interviews, usability testing, and behavioral data to validate hypotheses • Ability to align engineering, design, and product marketing around a roadmap • Direct experience in financial services, capital markets, or with core customers is a plus, but not required
