📋 Description

• Lead AlphaSense's security and identity offerings from strategy through delivery • Own the platform governing user authentication, authorization, entitlement, and protection and isolation of sensitive customer content • Define and execute a roadmap for the underlying identity and access platform • Build the platform and user experience for enterprise user onboarding and management through SCIM and directory integration • Drive centralized audit logging, least-privilege access, and organization-isolation guarantees • Own product direction for secure deployment, including data isolation, AI processing, regional hosting, and encryption • Serve as a trusted resource for customers using private or customer-deployed infrastructure • Partner across the organization to build secure offerings for regulated enterprise IT buyers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering identity, access, authentication, or comparable platform capabilities at enterprise scale • Experience building capabilities from early stages rather than following a mature playbook • Executive presence to align senior stakeholders • Experience handling difficult conversations with demanding customers • Hands-on ability to drive complex projects forward • Deep technical expertise in identity and access • Fluency in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, JWT, RBAC/ABAC, and MFA • Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms such as Auth0 and Okta • Deep understanding of federated identity models • Experience building platforms where customers define user identity • Customer empathy and understanding of regulated enterprise customer needs • Ability to assess security risks and make well-reasoned trade-offs • Experience operating in regulated industries • Ability to position security infrastructure as a value driver and influence cross-functional partners • Ability to partner with engineering, product security, enterprise IT buyers, CISO, and product security teams
