📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end student activation and deactivation cycle, coordinating with Revenue Operations for semester cohorts and graduating classes • Coordinate student account activity with RevOps, including activation batches, ticket tracking, and issue escalation • Maintain SFDC data integrity for student users, including accurate Pilot and Division fields • Document and continuously improve activation workflows, edge cases, and escalation paths • Serve as AlphaSense’s primary contact for 30+ approved institutions, including MBA programs, investment clubs, and financial education organizations • Build and maintain school relationship maps and partner relationships • Onboard new schools and identify partnership opportunities • Drive partnership agreement completion, DocuSign follow-up, and Legal coordination • Build and manage student communications and nurture calendars • Develop post-graduation outreach and SDR handoff protocols with Demand Generation and Sales • Promote AlphaSenseIQ and self-serve training resources to increase engagement and adoption • Own the program scorecard and track user rates, engagement, partnership coverage, and conversion metrics • Present program performance to Marketing and Sales leadership • Solve graduate tracking challenges in SFDC • Lead program strategy, including geography expansion and new partnership categories

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, partnership management, or university relations in a B2B SaaS or financial services environment • Excellent relationship management skills with academic administrators, club leaders, and professional training organisations • Ability to document processes, manage ticketing workflows, and maintain CRM data hygiene • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Comfort working with data to track program health and report outcomes • Commercial understanding of pipeline and conversion metrics • Excellent written communication skills for student-facing copy and internal reports • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and independent work • Familiarity with financial services, investment management, or buy-side research is a strong plus
