📋 Description

• Lead AlphaSense’s global external reputation and influence strategy • Strengthen AlphaSense’s leadership in AI • Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy aligned with company OKRs, brand story, and values • Oversee media relations strategy and key agency partners • Advise and support the executive team, including the CEO, on media interviews, speeches, written content, external engagements, and internal communications • Ensure clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications across the organization • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team • Lead crisis communications efforts to mitigate risk and protect AlphaSense’s reputation • Oversee press releases, blogs, social media posts, and other executive and company content • Establish metrics and report on communications effectiveness • Lead the Media Access Program serving hundreds of influential reporters • Lead analyst relations strategy involving firms such as Gartner and Forrester • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations on financial narrative and IPO-readiness communications

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading corporate communications during hypergrowth, transformation, or crisis in a senior leadership role • Ideally experience in a technology or SaaS company • Experience developing global external communications strategy • Experience leading a team through an IPO, including media strategy, employee communications, and partnership with investor relations and executive leadership • Ability to distill complex business concepts into clear, compelling narratives and multi-channel communication strategies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience in crisis communications and reputation management • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment • Strong leadership and people management skills • Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite executives on strategic communications • High EQ and ability to communicate across broad audiences and levels • Ability to build and nurture cross-functional relationships • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, enterprise technology, and AI landscape • Relevant AI experience is a plus
