📋 Description
• Assist the Clinical Pharmacy Team with tasks related to pharmacy utilization and implementation of medication management programs • Conduct outbound and receiving inbound member and provider calls to address gaps in care • Serve as a contact for clinical pharmacy programs and subject matter expert to medical services, physicians, and project teams • Communicate with internal and external clinical staff, provider offices, health plan partners and in-network pharmacies • Researching, processing, and resolving drug authorization requests and responding to related physician inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• California State Board as Licensed Pharmacy Tech required • HS Diploma and 1 year of Pharmacy related experience (Retail or Managed Care) • Preferred: Experience with CMS/HEDIS Quality STAR measures
