📋 Description

• Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms • Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms • Accurately assess and document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions • Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care practices • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans • Maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare regulations and privacy laws • Maintain patient confidentiality with medication profiles • Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth protocols, and best practices through continuing education • Deliver compassionate, professional, and effective patient communication • Support prescription fulfillment alongside the Pharmacy Operations team as needed • Assist in supervising remote pharmacy technicians as needed • Coordinate pharmaceutical services and delivery of medications and products to patients • Ensure the security of legend drugs • Verify prescription accuracy and appropriateness

🎯 Requirements

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Florida • Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Pharmacist • Strong organizational and leadership skills to support clinical/pharmacy operations • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially in high-volume or high-stress scenarios • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team • Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
