📋 Description

• Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms • Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms • Accurately assess and document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions • Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care practices • Work closely with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and privacy laws; maintain patient confidentiality with medication profiles • Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth protocols, and best practices through continuing education • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and effective communication in all patient interactions • Assist in the supervision of remote pharmacy technicians as needed; coordinate the provision of pharmaceutical services and delivery of medications and products to patients; ensure the security of legend drugs; verify the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions

🎯 Requirements

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Florida • Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Pharmacist • Strong organizational and leadership skills to support clinical/pharmacy operations • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms • Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially in high-volume or high-stress scenarios • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
