📋 Description

• Investigate, verify, and analyze credit information supporting loan decisioning • Deliver fast and accurate credit report supplements • Serve as a trusted customer‑facing expert throughout the credit verification process • Manage incoming and pending supplement requests with attention to detail • Interpret and review credit reports, including complex scenarios such as bankruptcy or foreclosure • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations and privacy standards • Document and adhere to training manuals, workflows, and policy guidelines • Work closely with credit operations and production teams to prioritize supplement requests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial services or mortgage services industry (required) • Strong understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory considerations • Customer service experience in a professional environment • Ability to interpret complex credit scenarios (foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.) • Excellent communication, decision‑making, persuasion, and problem‑resolution skills • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented, team‑based environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Bilingual Spanish/English HIGHLY preferred • Willingness to work the PST time zone
