📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and professional manner • Provide accurate information to clients while maintaining a customer-service-driven approach • Ensure proper documentation and data entry after each interaction • Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality • Uphold professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude • Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a drug-free work environment • Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on behalf of clients • Adapt to varying client needs and call volumes while following company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction • Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients • Good data entry skills • Drug-free and able to maintain a positive, professional attitude • Windows 11 Pro machine with 16GB of RAM and a quad-core processor with CPU speed of at least 2.5 GHz, or supported macOS with all updates, minimum 16GB of RAM, and an M series chip • Dual monitors (19” each), widescreen recommended • Dedicated internet connection with minimum speeds of 7 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload • Ethernet connection required; Wi-Fi and satellite are not acceptable • No data caps on internet usage • Webcam for meetings, training, and quality monitoring • Noise-canceling headset • Antivirus protection; Windows Defender is not allowed
