• Develop and implement strategies for entering new EU markets • Build partnerships with distributors, pharmacy chains, marketplaces, and retailers • Manage go-to-market plans across categories: CBD, pharma, nutraceuticals, beauty • Shape the product portfolio and oversee category management • Analyze trends and competitors, identify growth opportunities • Develop sales channels (B2B, B2C, DTC, e-commerce, social commerce) • Prepare business models, unit economics, and P&L for products
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, or beauty/healthcare • Experience with CBD products or adjacent wellness categories • Knowledge of the European market and key players (Bayer, Nestlé HS, GSK, Holland & Barrett, iHerb, DM, Rossmann, Amazon EU, etc.) • Understanding of EU regulatory framework (EFSA, Novel Food, pharmacovigilance, registration of dietary supplements/cosmetics) • Experience working with international partners and sales channels (pharmacies, distributors, marketplaces) • Strong financial analysis skills: margin, unit economics, ROI • Proven track record in international negotiations and networking across the EU
