📋 Description

• Complete all aspects of installation • Follow up on work outside the normal scope with proper departments to obtain customer satisfaction • Complete weekly status/service reports and expense reports • Complete technical documentation as needed • Maintain excellent customer relations and follow through on customer issues • Maintain excellent coworker and manager relations • Complete internal paperwork, including Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, and Purchase Requisitions • Provide feedback to the manager on machine and customer issues requiring further action • Comply with the corporate environmental, health, and safety program • Report to Area and Regional Service Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience, in a related discipline • Technical and working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics • Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope • Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS • Excellent written and verbal communication • Excellent relational skills with customers, coworkers, and management • Ability to work alone and without direct supervision • Ability to accept and follow instructions and the chain of command • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be initiative-taking • Thorough and detail-oriented • Ability to redirect quickly if needed • Ability to lift an average weight of 50 lb daily • Ability to travel routinely, including overnight and weekend stays as needed
