📋 Description

• Support AMBOSS's specialty content expansion for anesthesia • Consult during discovery for a new specialty board exam Qbank • Validate market research, practice patterns, study patterns, pain points, and certification pathways • Review LLM-generated draft questions, answer choices, and explanations for clinical accuracy, board-exam relevance, and item quality • Flag inaccuracies, outdated information, flawed distractors, and missing high-risk content • Apply clinical expertise to refine and validate market data and advise on scope of practice • Perform hands-on work on the anesthesia board exam Qbank on the AMBOSS platform • Optionally lead brief educational sessions on anesthesia clinical decision-making or board-exam question conventions

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with completed US anesthesiology residency training • ABA certification required • Current or recent clinical practice in anesthesiology in the US within the last 2 years • Familiarity with the ABA exam content outline, current exam style and format, and current US clinical guidelines/evidence-based practice • Ability to collaborate asynchronously with fast turnaround • Ability to distinguish board-relevant or clinically useful content from non-essential subspecialty detail • Experience with medical education, teaching, or item writing is a bonus • Experience with clinical decision support or Qbank tools is a bonus • Experience reviewing or evaluating AI/LLM-generated clinical content is a bonus
