📋 Description
• Design and lead a standardized global supplier performance governance model. • Develop KPI architecture (OTIF, quality, cost, service, ESG, innovation metrics). • Implement predictive analytics and AI-enabled performance dashboards. • Drive root cause resolution and structured corrective action programs. • Establish multi-tier supplier visibility (Tier 1–N mapping). • Develop geopolitical, financial, and operational risk monitoring frameworks. • Lead scenario planning, stress testing, and contingency strategy development. • Launch structured supplier innovation programs and joint business planning. • Champion digital tools that enhance transparency and decision speed.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance leadership with Bachelor's degree; • 5+ years of relevant experience with Master’s degree • Experience managing global supply bases across multiple regions. • Experience implementing supplier governance and performance frameworks. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale. • US Citizenship is required to apply.
