• Ensure adherence to relevant local, state, and federal laws • Identify, assess, and manage regulatory compliance and operational integrity risks for SCA and/or DBA contracts • Research contractual documents and develop knowledge of individual site contract compliance requirements • Advise and consult on decisions that support engagement while complying with regulations and company policy • Execute SCA/DBA processes efficiently and respond to technical inquiries • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of audits, assessments, incident reports, and other compliance activities • Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal policies and external regulations • Audit job analyses, job descriptions, and workplace posting requirements for SCA/DBA compliance • Recommend and implement remediation actions and investigate violations or incidents • Collaborate with legal, HR, operations, and other compliance functions • Explain solutions, practices, and procedures within the organization • Address compliance issues during operational meetings and conferences • Promote company-wide adherence to the Code of Conduct • Perform other duties as assigned
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • 3+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree • Equivalent combination of work experience, generally 2 years of relevant experience for each year of a degree • Experience in Federal Government Contracting • Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) wage determinations and/or fringe benefits • Experience auditing and implementing remediation for DBA Certified Payroll Reporting (CPR) • Experience conducting Statement of Compliance Audits • Experience auditing DBA-covered work payroll reports and correction reports • Experience validating job classifications, wages, and payroll codes for DBA employees • Experience managing CPR or DBA remediation with corporate functional areas • US Citizenship required • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and working knowledge of Excel • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, identify risks, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders • Travel up to 10%
