📋 Description

• Consult and advise potential students about goals, degree planning, payment, transfer credit, and enrollment decisions • Develop action plans to support potential students in achieving identified goals • Make admissions decisions regarding fulfillment of admission requirements • Follow up with potential students by telephone, email, or other electronic means • Protect student account privacy in compliance with FERPA • Evaluate academic records and documents for admission to APU/AMU programs • Use CRM and other Admissions software applications • Resolve routine and escalated concerns for potential students • Maintain working relationships with Financial Aid, Fulfillment, Veteran and GI Bill assistance, Student Services, and Marketing departments • Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics • Follow assigned work schedules and recruitment campaigns • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in telemarketing, sales, service, online or higher education preferred • Associates Degree required • Ability to protect student account privacy under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) • Ability to evaluate academic records and documents for admission • Skill using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Admissions software applications • Ability to meet or exceed department performance goals and metrics • Ability to adhere to an assigned work schedule • Professional appearance • Must follow student recruitment and enrollment campaigns and follow-up strategies
